Cinema +
Making cinema is not just about making films. That’s why DGT organizes meetings, showcases, workshops, and film courses with the aim of spreading cinematic language and developing new audiences, consolidating our role as a producer, promoter, and catalyst in the audiovisual field.
In September 2024, we went to the Nasepotiti village in the Panará Indigenous Territory (PA) for the first special screening of the feature film KATI RANPARI KIN, which was filmed with the Panará people between July and August 2023. In partnership with CineSolar, a traveling cinema project powered by solar energy, we showcased the film for the first time, which was produced in cooperation with the Iakiô Panará Indigenous Association. Four more special pre-release screenings were held in cities in northern Mato Grosso, where Panará villages once existed.
DGT Chest
Between October and November 2022, curators Donny Corrêa, Tuna Dwek, Francisco Gaspar, and Diego da Costa selected twelve films from DGT's collection for a free showcase at Cine Bijou in São Paulo, celebrating over two decades of activity!

Bauru FervoFest
During Bauru's Diversity Week, DGT Filmes, in partnership with the Municipal Department of Culture, hosted the Bauru FervoFest short film festival. The festival featured a national showcase of LGBTQIA+ themed short films and a parallel showcase of shorts by regional filmmakers, including both fiction and documentaries. The event concluded with a screening of the film Today I Want to Go Back Alone, with the director Daniel Ribeiro in attendance.
Camburi Cinema Meeting
The Camburi Film Meeting was established to stimulate discussion and dissemination of contemporary cinema on the northern coast of São Paulo. Over two days, eight short film creators gathered at Camburi Beach in São Sebastião, SP, where they participated in workshops with experts and screened their films for the local community.

Kinoférico Collective
DGT Films is a partner of the Coletivo Kinoférico in the Pimentas neighborhood of Guarulhos, where they have been working as educators in the course "The Periphery Tells Its Stories" since 2019.
Testimonials from those who watched the film "What's up?" during the traveling circuit across 40 sessions in the outskirts of São Paulo, between November 2013 and April 2014. The documentary leaves its mark wherever it goes!
Exhibiting "The Rabi at the Cathedral"
10 sessions with lively debates for a total of over a thousand students and teachers from the public high school system in the cities of Itapecerica da Serra, Embu, Juquitiba, and São Lourenço da Serra.
